William Fiander

William Fiander is the Director of Asset & Property Management at Fundy Capital, where he leads the operations and performance of a growing real estate portfolio across Atlantic Canada — spanning manufactured housing communities, multifamily properties, and commercial real estate. His foundation in the industry was built through his work as a Property Assessor with PVSC in Nova Scotia, where he developed a strong technical grounding in residential and commercial valuations.

Before joining Fundy Capital, William managed a private real estate portfolio of approximately $3 million AUM, gaining direct operational experience across property management, tenant relations, and day-to-day asset oversight. He brings that hands-on perspective to his work at Fundy Capital — sourcing new opportunities, driving asset performance, and helping build a disciplined, scalable platform rooted in long-term value creation across Atlantic Canada's growing markets.
